  • Dr. Paul Seto was born and raised in Toronto, where he currently practices as a dedicated chiropractor. With a gentle touch and a keen understanding of the human body, Dr. Seto excels at performing adjustments that help patients find relief. He has a particular expertise in addressing foot conditions and is skilled in casting custom-made orthotics. Additionally, he is trained in providing acupuncture to support holistic wellness. Outside of the clinic, you can often find Dr. Seto enjoying nature trails, perfecting his swing on the golf course, or spending quality time with the beloved clinic pup, Dogtor Patty.

  • Dr. Bonnie Chan focuses on providing individual treatment plans specific to the patient’s needs, lifestyle, and goals. Special interests include: neck/postural strains, headaches/migraines, TMJ dysfunction, shoulders and lower kinetic injuries of the hip, knees, and feet. She has also been trained and is well-versed in managing patients with spinal stenosis and hip and knee osteoarthritis.

    Her involvement in athletics sparked an interest in the human body, how it moves and how it is able to recover and rehabilitate from injury. She’s passionate about movement playing a key role in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Dr. Christina Choi treatment approach involves patient education in complete body care while using her hands-on techniques to correct joint movement, muscle relief and overall function. She has special interests in treating conditions related to the neck, headache management, scoliosis assessment, pre- and post-natal care and working with the geriatric population.

    Outside of practice, she is an avid foodie and loves spending time with her husband and two beautiful toddlers. If you cannot find her in clinic, you may find her on a pickleball court.

  • Miguel graduated from Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada. His treatments are tailored to each individual clients need and he uses a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and remedial exercises.

    He chose Massage Therapy as a career path after experiencing how effective it was at mitigating the effects of stress on his body from years of playing sports and careers that were physically and mentally demanding, so his goal is to help you achieve the same results.

  • Fengyi (also known as Catherine) graduated from the Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada. Catherine specializes in providing different modalities in her practice, including myofascial release, Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage techniques, trigger-point therapy and TCM Acupuncture. She provides safe and effective treatments that will help patients maintain their health and wellbeing.

    Before becoming an RMT, she studied as a nurse in China before immigrating to Canada in 2014.

Physiotherapists

  • Christopher is our Physiotherapist Resident who graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK. He emphasizes hands-on manual therapy paired with individualized exercise and patient education.

    He also has a degree in Radiography, with expanded experience and understanding of medical imaging, anatomy, and health conditions affecting mobility and function.

    Interests: Badminton, pickleball, weightlifting and volleybal

    As part of the team at Amity Health, James is committed to creating a welcoming and healing environment for every patient. His approach combines traditional practices with a modern understanding of health, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each individual.
