    This exciting soccer event brought together players, families, and local organizations to raise awareness and funds for charitable initiatives. As a healthcare clinic offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture, the Amity Health team was on-site to support athletes and attendees with wellness insights and injury prevention tips.

    Amity Health is proud to support community wellness through events like the Carefirst x Milliken on the Move (MOTM) Health Fair. This impactful event brought together healthcare professionals and local residents to promote education, prevention, and healthier lifestyles.

    At the event, Dr. Choi served as a featured guest speaker, delivering an informative session on knee pain conditions, injury prevention, and effective treatment options. Attendees gained valuable insights into common causes of knee pain, including sports injuries, arthritis, and overuse, along with practical strategies to reduce risk and improve mobility.

    The Amity Health team was proud to support athletes at the Badminton Masters event held at the Markham Pan Am Centre. As part of our commitment to sports performance and injury care, our practitioners provided on-site treatment and recovery support for competing athletes.

    Our team delivered expert chiropractic care helping athletes manage muscle strain, prevent injuries, and optimize performance during competition. Events like the Badminton Masters highlight the importance of proactive sports therapy and recovery strategies for both amateur and elite athletes.

    Postural Education for City of Toronto A.P.T Staff

    Amity Health is committed to promoting workplace wellness through education and preventive care. During a recent visit, Dr. Seto and Dr. Choi presented to the staff of the City of Toronto A.P.T (Accessible Parking & Transportation Division), delivering an informative session on posture, spinal health, and injury prevention in the workplace.

    In addition to the presentation, each staff member received an individualized postural assessment, helping identify muscle imbalances, ergonomic concerns, and movement patterns that may contribute to discomfort or long-term strain.
